Letting It Go

The other day I was going through my mail piled up on a counter top in my kitchen.   I accidentally pushed a picture behind my kitchen counter that I had intended to frame that day.  It was an 8x10 full color picture of a majectic female wolf that I had received unexpectedly and I LOVED it.  Well , here was the problem: the counter was flush against the wall with absolutely no clearance between the wall or down below on the floor, however, the picture managed to find a tiny space and just slid down the crack and now was no where to be seen.

A Life in Balance

A life in balance is one that works in all aspects. It seems an obvious statement to say that your life is not balanced if you love your job, make lots of money and work all the time but have lousy relationships. If you are successful in some areas of your life, but way out of balance in another area, you will pay the price eventually, physically, emotionally or spiritually.

Gratitude Inventory

Gratitude is at the center of most successful people’s daily practice. In the recent movie, “The Secret”, The Law of Attraction, gratitude was seen as one of the most important aspects of creating the life you want now. If you live with an attitude of gratitude you bring more things into your life on a vibratory (energy) level that you are grateful for. The opposite it also true. If you focus on what you don’t want you attract, more of those negative things are brought into your life.
