Meet with other business owners and professionals in a supportive atmosphere where you can share information about your products, services or business. We meet monthly for 1-2 hours per month depending on the agenda for the evening.

Tap into your inner wisdom during this interactive 2 hour workshop using simple tools such as free drawing (no artistic ability required), listening to music, mindfulness & relaxation exercises, and much more.  Prepare to have fun and discover new techniques to increase your creativity.

Your co-facilitators’ are Valerie Lipstein, a Certified Life Coach specializing in Career Transitions Coaching for women in small business and entrepreneurs and Rebecca Bohn, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice, specializing in stress management and mindfulness based psychotherapy.

Pre-registration required. Early registration savings is only $15.00 if registered by January 20th, $20.00 thereafter.
