Congratulations on your decision to invest in yourself! I am honored that you have chosen me as your coach. I will be emailing you a worksheet which will give you an opportunity to choose some goals you would like to work on for the next 90 days. Please choose well defined and realistic goals that reflect your core values (more information to follow).
We will work closely together during the course of our coaching relationship and I will be asking you to stretch and grow beyond where you are today.
Individual sessions can occur at my home office or over the phone. Many people like sessions over the phone as they are more comfortable in their own enviroment. I am flexible and will work with what is best for you. Sessions are strictly confidential and are one hour in length, except for the initial session.

Fees
Monthly fee payable at the first of each month is $250.00 and includes the following:
- An initial session (1.5 hrs) consisting of laying the foundation of our coaching relationship by learning about you and your goals
- Three 60-minute sessions per month (over the phone or in person) in order to reach your desired results of our coaching relationship
- Two 15-minute calls between scheduled sessions if needed
- Unlimited email access
- Access to materials, tools and resources to help you reach your goals
*Discount given when enrolling and pre-paying for 3 months or more.
My fees are payable at the 1st of each month unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You can pay by credit card or debit card through PayPal by sending payment to info--@--InspiredLivingForYou.com. Personal checks are also accepted.
Policies and Procedures
Please call me at your scheduled time. Please give our sessions high priority and arrange your schedule to honor our agreed upon time.
If you must reschedule our session, I ask that you give me 24 hours notice. If you have additional questions before our initial session, please call or email me.
