As a new business owner I felt the need to join a “Mastermind” group to learn the secrets of success. After the first meeting I found our group wasn’t just for people new to business. The knowledge we gained over the next 10  weeks was just as pertinent for any stage of business acumen: we can all grow! With the right mix of prodding and encouragement, Valerie was able to involve each of us in discussion without anyone feeling uncomfortable. Though the focus was on the book,”Think and Grow Rich”, the wealth of experience we all have adds to the overall learning process of the course: it is a Mastermind group enriched by each participant’s contribution. I am fortunate to have been a member of our group and hope to continue the relationship I developed with Valerie, and the other members as well.
