WHAT IS NLP? Many people have heard of NLP yet are unsure what it is...
NLP stands for:
NEURO (brain) LINGUISTIC (language) PROGRAMMING (behavior)
Briefly, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is about the way you use your brain, how you communicate with yourself and others and how you behave as a result of the programs you run in your mind.
NLP IS SOMETIMES CALLED "THE STUDY OF EXCELLENCE"
Some basic premises of NLP:
People communicate and understand differently
People interpret things differently
If you're more flexible you're going to be better able to communicate with different people
The meaning of the communication is the response that it gets
NLP GIVES YOU POWERFUL TOOLS FOR MOVING FORWARD PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY

FACILITATORS: Judy Sugg, Ph.D. and author has trained and worked in both business and counseling, and applied NLP in both of those areas. She's a Master Practitioner in NLP and managed and taught classes for NLP Institute of Oregon. Judy has over 15 years of experience in this field. She finds that NLP gives people very specific skills and tools that allow them to succeed with work, relationships and personal transformation.
Valerie Lipstein, J.D., BSW, is a Certified Coach and business owner (Inspired Living Now). She specializes in working with solo entrepreneurs supporting them to grow thriving businesses using client attraction principles. Valerie offers MasterMind groups, workshops, and group & individual coaching programs.
